Thinking Out Loud

Clwyd Theatr Cymru Theatre for Young People (CTCTYP) is a key educational resource for North Wales creating new plays, running workshops and supporting the development of young people across the region.  CTCTYP has been awarded Beacon Status by the Welsh Assembly Government and the Arts Council of Wales in recognition of the excellence of their work for and with young people.

During February

Tim Baker will create a new play for the Foundation Phase - Thinking Out Loud

Reflecting exciting developments in creativity and learning, this project is in two parts.

In part one, a strange scientist visits the school - measuring, counting, calculating.

The children help him.

He explains that he is trying to find the best place for a story to grow.  He leaves objects for the children to look after.

Later, when a group of actors visit the school, the children are prepared to take part in

an adventure using the objects they have looked after.

Thinking Out Loud is about imagination, creativity and thinking skills and, most of all, having fun!
